Boris campaigns at Waterloo and Seven Sisters
With just one day to go until polls close Boris is engaged in an energetic final push to secure votes from all communities in every part of London.
Boris started his day at Waterloo Station where he met commuters starting their day and, despite the cold, wet weather, was overwhelmed by the warmth of support offered to him.
Boris and a large group of supporters then toured the South Bank before hopping on the campaign Routemaster bus to Seven Sisters.
In Seven Sisters Boris met some of the local Latino community, embarked on a short walkabout and took time out to have a cup of tea in a café where he spoke to builders and council workers.
Speaking to Backboris.com on the way to his next campaigning event Boris said:
"Over the last nine months I have travelled all over London, touring markets, mosques, synagogues, suburbs, hospitals and high streets. I have spoken to thousands of Londoners from all corners of this glorious city, and my recurring observation has been that however different people are, their feelings about London are remarkably similar.
"Now, instead of simply hoping that things will change, tomorrow every Londoner has the opportunity to bring about a change for the better. I offer energy, determination and fresh ideas to improve life in London."
